I have been deeply committed to my spiritual path and practice for most of my life. I have explored many teachings and traditions and have more recently come to rest in the Buddhist path as I have been very touched and inspired by its depth, wisdom and beauty. My life is dedicated to being the clearest expression of love that I can be in service of all life and the earth herself. I am trained in psychosynthesis counselling and since 2004 have been involved with the movement and presence work as taught by Fanny Behrens and Colin Harrison (originally from Adam Bradpiece).I offer individual sessions of Ilahinoor with the option of counselling support and spiritual guidance.

Duncan Mackintosh has been running workshops on 'Presence' for many years. He is a workshop leader, storyteller, actor, director and teacher of the performing arts and specializes in performing the works of Rumi. Duncan has worked with various traditions of non-dual spirituality, ancient and contemporary*. His central passion is for the Presence we all truly are to awaken among, and as, us.

I have been practicing McTimoney chiropractic and craniosacral therapy for over 20 years. I was a senior tutor at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, and currently run workshops on simple hands-on touch techniques. I was introduced to Ilahinoor, by Kiara, Sarah and David, and now offer this as part of the work I do. As well as being a powerful way to help us align to the changes taking place, I love that Ilahinoor can be passed on by all of us, without the need for long expensive training. Ilahinoor inspires, enthuses and uplifts me!

I have been an energy practitioner for a number of years, working with Reiki in particular and more recently Theta healing, both of which touch me deeply. I  also use the innovative healing tool of BodyTalk  and am qualified in modules 1, 2 and 3.

On my own journey all these have proved invaluable as well as plenty of others besides! The resonance of Ilahinoor though is the missing link for me, aligning me very quickly with all aspects of myself and placing me in a deep space of open-heartedness more quickly than any other practice I've come across. I first felt the gentle power of Ilahinoor healing with Kiara, Sarah and David and in Dorset. It released a lot of held trauma from cancer treatment years before. I facilitate therapeutic art Mandala Workshops in the UK and abroad, and feel Ilahinoor treatment can be subtle and profound when visualising mandalas imbued with the colour the body is asking to be healed with. I am a reflexologist and Reiki healer at Master level. I have since qualified in psychosynthesis counselling and find the use of focused imagery in body work a very effective way of releasing deeper held emotions.
